Aniruddha focuses on Quality Program Management for Lean Six Sigma and Program Management of Large IT Projects in Financial Services and ITeS Industry. In his role as a global transformation lead, Aniruddha has led projects in business process re-engineering, continuous improvements, business transformation, organizational DNA building, Change Management, Stakeholder Management and Risk control governance. He has conducted over 6000 man hours of training across organizational hierarchies in multiple geographies

Mrinal is an Experienced Management Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in domains such as Customer Support, Financial Services, Banking, Software Development, Auditing etc. Skilled primarily in Lean Six Sigma, Automation Management, Project Management, People Management and Training , Business Planning, Internal Audit, Analytics and Customer Relationship Management , Mrinal has championed several programs from initiation to sunset.

As an experienced Operations Director and a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, he optimizes business processes and has led multiple big ticket organizational programs around automation and transformation. Mrinal has an exposure to train hundreds of employees/clients about Lean Thinking and Operational Excellence across counties.
